It is a great pleasure and honor for me to welcome you, on behalf of the Baden-Württemberg Golf Association, to the International Matchplay Trophy (imt) Girls/Boys – WAGR 2026.
I am very proud that with the imt we have a sporting showcase for international young golf talent here in Baden-Württemberg.
My special thanks go to the Golf and Country Club Schloss Liebenstein, which is hosting this event for the first time – with great dedication, passion, and impressive sporting professionalism.
I would also like to thank our main sponsor Maserati as well as our ball partner Taylormade for their valuable and loyal support.
The imt stands for top-level golf, international encounters, and fair competition. My thanks also go to everyone who contributes, both on and off the course, to the success of this tournament week – whether in a voluntary role or behind the scenes.

It is a special pleasure for me, in my role as Youth Director of the Baden-Württemberg Golf Association, to welcome you to the 16th International Matchplay Trophy (imt) 2026 at the Golf and Country Club Schloss Liebenstein.
Over the past years, the imt has established itself as a major junior tournament in Germany – a sporting showcase that brings together top young talent, exciting matches, and genuine international encounters. For 2026, there is an important change: golfer participants can now be up to 21 years old, giving even more young talents the opportunity to take part in this special tournament and gain valuable match-play experience. The fact that the imt is once again listed on the EGA calendar underlines its high significance and allows players to earn important world ranking points.
My thanks go to the GC Schloss Liebenstein for hosting the imt for the first time, to all volunteers for their great commitment, and to our partners for their reliable support of this tournament.
I wish all participants fair and successful competition – and above all, much enjoyment of the game. May the imt 2026 be an inspiring milestone on your personal golfing journey.

GREETINGS FROM THE PRESIDENT
Dear youth golfers, dear guests,
The Golfclub Reischenhof e.V. is very pleased to host the 13th International Matchplay Trophy / 3rd German International Youth Challenge this year. From July 25 to 28, 2023, 50 girls and 50 boys will compete in a sporting match on the golf course in Wain.
With its unique topography and a total area of about 140 hectares, the Reischenhof Golf Club offers ideal conditions for an interesting game of golf. On the one hand hilly with side valleys and watercourses as a prerequisite for a varied golf course with 27 holes starting in a star shape from the center (clubhouse, practice facility) on 3 courses.
On the other hand, enough terrain to create a coherent biotope with the largest meadow orchard on golf courses, lakes and shrub and tree plantations with typical flora on approx. 70 ha.
The Golfclub Reischenhof e. V. is ready for a top-class tournament with sporting challenges and warmly welcomes all players, officials and guests.
